About

Breonna is a dually certified Nurse Practioner with a Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP) certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and an Adult- Gerontology Primary Care (AGPCNP) certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

She was awarded a BSN by Clayton State University in 2014, an MSN by George Washington University in 2018 and a Post Masters Certification by St. Thomas University in 2023.

She has experience as a AGPCNP in geriatric psychiatry, as a PMHNP in outpatient medication assisted treatment and years of work in home health and emergency medicine as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Breonna is passionate about teaching and utilizing a preventative, wholistic approach with her patients.

She is a wife and mother of two boys whom she adores. She enjoys traveling and cooking!
