What to Expect
When you call our team, we’ll start by asking about your experience with substance use. What treatment have you tried in the past? What are you looking for in a treatment program?
We’ll give you an overview of our four-month treatment program: partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), and alumni support. We’ll answer any questions you may have about our approach and the logistics of your treatment plan.
We’ll also verify your insurance benefits for you so you don’t have to wait on hold with your insurance provider to find out what’s covered. We work directly with insurance providers to see what your plan covers. Then, we break down this information in an easily understandable way so you have a clear picture of any financial obligations before committing to treatment.
