Find Out What’s Covered
Most major insurance plans help cover some or all of the cost of treatment at North Georgia Recovery Center. The only way to know exactly what your plan covers is to check, and that takes just a few minutes.
Fill out the form below or call our admissions team. Our team works directly with your provider to identify what is covered under your policy. There’s no obligation to visit our facility for treatment after we verify your benefits, and your information stays confidential.

What Happens When You Verify Your Insurance
Here’s what happens when you reach out:
- You share your insurance information. We’ll need to know your name, date of birth, the provider’s name, and your member ID.
- Our admissions team contacts your provider. We confirm whether North Georgia Recovery Center is in-network and what your plan covers for outpatient addiction treatment.
- We walk you through the details. We’ll contact you as soon as we’ve spoken with your insurance provider. We’ll provide you with a clear explanation of what’s covered, what your plan requires (like a deductible or copay), and what payment options are available.
This process is free and confidential, and it doesn’t obligate you to start treatment with us.
Understanding Your Insurance Terms
Insurance language can be confusing, especially if you’re trying to make a decision quickly. Our admissions team can walk you through how these terms apply to your specific plan when you call.
If Your Plan Doesn’t Cover Everything
Treatment at North Georgia Recovery Center follows one connected path: our partial hospitalization program (PHP), followed by our intensive outpatient program (IOP), and continued through our alumni community. Insurance coverage can apply at each phase, though the specifics depend on your individual plan.
Insurance doesn’t always cover the full cost of treatment, and that shouldn’t be the reason someone doesn’t get care. If your verification comes back with a gap in coverage, our admissions team can talk through what your self-payment options look like.
